How the aim trainer works
Press Start and you get a 3-second countdown, then 30 seconds of targets. Three targets are on screen at once. Each one shrinks as it ages and is replaced after about 1.6 seconds, so slow reactions cost you points.
Scoring is simple: +100 for every hit, −25 for every miss, and your score never drops below zero. The result screen also shows accuracy and hits per second.
A leaderboard you can trust
The leaderboard keeps each player's best score. Every round gets a one-time ticket from the server, which checks that the full 30 seconds actually passed and that the hit count is humanly possible before a score is accepted.
Tips to score higher
- Play with the same mouse, DPI and in-game feel you use in matches.
- Accuracy first: a miss costs a quarter of a hit, so clean hits beat panic clicking. Moving between games? Match your feel with the sensitivity converter.
- Do two or three rounds as a warm-up before ranked, not twenty: short sessions keep you sharp without tiring your hand.
- Pair it with the reaction time test to see whether speed or precision is holding you back.
