How to butterfly click
Butterfly clicking alternates two fingers on the same button, so each finger only taps half the time. Good butterfly clickers often reach 15 CPS or more.
- Rest your index and middle fingers side by side on the left button.
- Tap with one finger, then the other, in a fast steady rhythm, like drumming.
- Keep your wrist on the desk and let the fingers move from the knuckle.
Some games and servers limit clicks per second or treat very high CPS as a macro, so check the rules before using it competitively.
